Effective technology transfer to Venezuela

The EcoSur Network not only sells equipments, it also promotes south-south information sharing with each product. After a 15 day technology transfer in the city of Merida, the venezuelan company TejaFácil began the production of the first roofs covered with MicroConcret Roofing tiles in Venezuela.
Due to the versatility of the MicroConcret Roofing tiles, MCR, they can be used on a variety of roofs and in all types of housing. In Caracas, in one of the most exclusive places, Lagunita Country Club, the MCR was the solution with elegance and beauty.
In these house, the constant deterioration of the burnt clay tiles were clearly visible: broken tiles, misaligned, seedy... The damage was so serious that some tiles fell off from the roof and broke the windshield of the car. As seen, the MCR tiles were a more than appropriate solution.
The venezuelan company TejaFácil, after a diagnosis, installed the roof with MCR tiles painted in two colors. 190 square meters of roof were covered, with a slope of 45%.
Must be emphasized that the original structure of the deck: beams, interlocked wood and asphalt coat was used, so that the final cost of the installation was the lowest.
